My experience has been very positive. From the start they have kept me informed of each step in the process of putting on a new roof. They helped me deal with my insurance company and worked hard to communicate timely and effectively. I think I met everyone who works there either in person or over the phone. Everyone was so nice and eager to help me. The workers who put the roof on were on time and started to work right away and got the job done with no problems. Their team work amazed me. I have to say that in this day and time when so many want to get paid and not really work very hard, it says a lot about the company when their employees are dedicated to doing a good job. A lot of company's say they will do something and don't. But Watkins does everything they say they will. Thank you Watkins Construction & Roofing.

I had my roof replaced in Madison after the big 2020 hail storm. I always thought they did a good job, but the vent fan on my over the range microwave quit just after. I always thought the microwave was just a POS but kept it because it still worked fine otherwise. Well it finally quit heating food the other week and I bought a new one. When I pulled the old one out, I found out why the vent quit. Roofing nails and shingle scrap dropped down the vent wouldn’t let the fans spin. Update: Representatives from Watkins reached out to me and said that customer satisfaction is extremely important to them and they wanted to make it right. They offered to reimburse me for the cost of my new microwave and sent me a check. The fact that they went out of their way to contact me and offer to do whatever it takes to rectify the issue shows that they really do value their customers.

Watkins Construction & Roofing is a solid company and they come highly recommended. Jeff and Derek worked effortlessly with my insurance company to provide the necessary details of roof damage to include video and recommended total replacement. The team walked me through the entire process and informed me on what to expect until I was approved. Stephanie contacted me regularly and informed me that my roof replacement was still on schedule and if the weather changed she would inform me of a new date for replacement. The team arrived at my house at 7:30 am and was finished with replacing the roof and clean up by 12pm. Amazing job! I was pleased with my new architectural shingles and I'm a happy customer. Watkin’s Construction was professional from beginning to end. I reached out to this company for a roof inspection and estimate for replacement. Travis showed up within 2 days, also a quote was emailed within 24 hours, and also assisted with the questions from the insurance adjuster. Watkin’s worked with my schedule on a date to replace the roof. The staff stayed in touch with me by calls and emails. Jay and his crew showed up on the appointed day and time ready to work. Completely replaced the shingles and all the damage underneath in one day. The cleanup was done by his crew was spectacular! I did not find one piece of debris left behind. The staff called the next day to make sure everything was up to my expectations. The link Jay provided so I could see real-time progress was very helpful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing roofing or construction work done to their homes.

Communication was excellent throughout the process. Great company to work with. Would gladly have them work on my house again. Customer Service is alive and well at Watkins! I also recently used Watkins for a commercial job I was responsible for (insurance roof replacement due to storm damage). Same great service, communication and work as when they worked on my house.

Watkins Construction has earned our trust! After this past rain, my husband and I noticed our gutters were no longer holding up to the excessive rains we have been getting lately. At the moment we were discussing which company we should call. A Watkins Construction TV commercial came on; so we decided to give them a call. I would like to share that our 1st contact with a Watkins representative was very positive. The receptionist was polite & listened to our needs. We were immediately scheduled with a roofing specialist. We were assigned David Barber. When David arrived, he arrived ‘on time’ and he arrived with a ‘Smile’. He spent time walking around our home and was able to identify & pinpoint what was going on with our existing gutters. He answered all of our questions and provided the best options for our needs. It is easy to see why David is a member of the Watkins Construction family. It is obvious that David takes pride in his work! Not long after, we had a new issue. This time it was a ventilation roof pipe. We did not hesitate to phone Watkins Construction. Guess who was assigned to come out to our home – yep David Barber. He spent time assessing the problem and was able to repair the vent pipe the very same day! We highly recommend Watkins Construction! They have earned our trust!
